I really liked the part on its descent when it got close to the elevated section and the car passes. I only hope I can get anything as remotely interesting when I get mine.

NB: Just out of curiosity what was the big building on the left with the large windows we could see through?

That building is Xizhimen train station, on of the biggest in Beijing as well.

I don't think I'll be flying through trees for quite a while!

LOL.  This is the busiest intersection in the city?  OMG I live in Los Angeles and we would KILL for that type of traffic at ANY TIME day or night.

I mean its one of the biggest intersections not the busiest, I'm sure in LA there's enough traffic too haha

I have a dumb n00b question for you... I bought the Vision 2 Plus so I could get into this new arial photo hobby (been a photo guy for almost 30 years) and I liked that all the controls worked for the built in camera.

I also have some GoPro's - and I know they make a model for those cameras with the Gimbal thing ready to accept them... but I want to know how are you controlling the GP? What are you using? Can an iPhone still power and control the GP, my wires are not connecting. Please share you smarts , thanks. :-) Are you using the GP iPhone application?

BTW - video looked GREAT! GP's definitely do a better job with night photography than the DJI camera on the P2.

I asked the same question elsewhere (I work for a supplier who can supply me a GoPro at trade) and the general consensus was that you lose FPV by using a GoPro unless you have sufficient money in place to buy the kit required.

I have decided to just stick with the P2/V+ and then save for an Inspire, we're just going to use the GoPro on a headmount to film what goes on while we're flying...

I am using Phantom2 with gimball for GoPro, I bought additional screen with AV inputs and some transmitters which provides me with a signal when I'm flying ,I don't use an Iphone ore some other electronic devices.
