Hi guys, I hope you're all doing fine.

I have a question. I have the Osmo and I noticed whenever I export the footage to YouTube for example, it doesn't look that nice. I shoot in 1080p, 30FPS almost all the time and edit in FCPX. Shall I change my Osmo settings? Shoot in 4k, 24FPS? I'd like to make my edits look cinematic. However, the other issue is YouTube compression. I know it can't be perfect, but what is the best settings for shooting on the Osmo and eventually editing on FCPX and exporting to YouTube? Do I change any setting in FCPX too?

All your help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you're shooting outdoors, use an ND filter (ND16) and set your shutter speed to 60 if you're using 30 frames per second. When exporting from FCPX use the Youtube preset. When viewing on Youtube make sure to change the playback settings to 1080HD.
