Sorry about it, we're working on the 4K options for LG phones now.  The loss of active track is an issue with recent DJI Go app.  Please try 3.0.0 version here https://apkpure.com/dji-go/dji.pilot

I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on DJI OSMO Mobile, the phone supports 4K Video shooting, but the max video resolution on DJI GO only support 1080P, will DJI have any plan to improve this?

It is not a software bug, only all Android mobile devices are compatible with Osmo Mobile.
At present, we can make sure the following Android mobile devices support 4K resolution.
Samsung S8, Samsung S7 Edge, Huawei P10, Huawei P10+, Huawei Mate 9, Huawei Mate 9 Pro, MI Max.

We will keep developing more Android mobile devices.

If there is no 4K resolution with the current APP, please try to downgrade from here.
We will also report this our engineers. Sorry for the trouble caused.
Can you recall the previous APP version that supported 4K?
