How soon will I be able to stream live to faceBook and Youtube from my Osmo+ using an android device? I have a LG G3 and a Samsung J2. I hope I dont have to go purchase an iphone just to do so.

Sorry, you won't be able to do it. Android device doesn't allow wifi and cellular network at the same time, unlike iPhone.
