I have been one of the lucky few who got through on launch date and took delivery of my mavic about 3 weeks ago. I cannot commend the product enough and had over 45 flights and 9 hours of flight time with no issues whatsoever!

Have a trip to Mexico planned for Dec 22nd to take mavic and couldn't wait..... Than... Had a pilot error I think crash (will upload files shortly due to bad signal or incorrect inputs on my side into an unforgiving brick wall

I have to send it in also. I have contacted support yesterday Morning and they opened a case for me and told me to wait for the email.
I didn't get an email yet. How long does it usually take to process?

Had a P4 in for repair once in Netherlands, it took exactly two weeks, from once they picked it up, it will help to have a moderator on your side to keep an eye on it.
For me once it was picked up I found the whole service excellent and easy to keep track of, good luck.
Btw mine was shipped from Ireland..

Hi Mindy,

Below is the actual damage incurred and my case number. I have dropped off to ups to send to Netherlands repair centre but as flying on 22nd biting my fingernails in worry I won't have for trip.

I have actually viewed the flight logs and my mavic went from having 10 sats to atti mode prior to crash within seconds and without travelling over 5 metres distance. I believe it was pilot error but like your opinion once you view logs.

Mavic Gimbal is now kaput, propellers ruined & front sensors damaged as well as general body and battery scratches.

I have care refresh and happy to accept pilot error and pay charges ASAP but have been informed that up too 2week wait for turnaround?

Dji Ken/Mandy can you help expedite the process in any way at all so that I can gain my mavic back in time for trip?

Case number is CAS-350639-V9J3W9 any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have not come across a forum entry regarding European repairs and hope you or others on forum can provide clarity or support.

DJI service is quite rapid, they also give you updates on the status of the  repair, all in all I would say that they have excellent customer service.
