I got mine at a Apple Store. Just keep checking online and you will get one. Takes persistence though.

I picked up two from two separate Apple stores in South Florida about 3 weeks ago. I was also able to pick up 3 batteries in Orlando, Florida two days ago.

I grabbed one at an Apple store on Long Island, NY a couple weeks ago. I went back to a different store a few days ago and grabbed a battery as well.

Apple store, San Francisco 3 weeks ago. An Apple store is probably your best bet at this point.
