If I am flying a max height, and I push return to home, does the P4 drop to the return to home preset height.  Mine is set for 100'.

If it is above the set RTH height then it will stay at its current height and return to home.

Best way is to go to a big open field and try out all the different options so you know what to expect.

RTH should only be used as a last resort, better to fly home under your control, then you know what is happening.
