What video editing software do you recommend for quick and easy video creations from the inspire 1... that can also render in 4k

Adobe Photoshop and products.

Sony Vegas, but its not free. Also you need a very powerful computer.

I use adobe premier. Smaller. Learning curve (thank you google and YouTube) but the editing power is literally endless

Apple Final Cut Pro will allow editing of 4K cheaper than Sony Vegas

I use Media Composer 7 and transcode the .mov file (log setting) in dnxhd. As i record in 1080p50fps, before transcoding i add on the console:
IgnoreQTRate True
to see the video at half speed without any loss in 25 fps.
In color grading you have a lot of space.

I like Final Cut Pro X. Work great for me.

If you are a mac then Final cut pro x - it's a very powerful yet easy to use.
