Finally after months of wait Amazon are dispatching my Mavic! Cant wait to fly again its been to long!

I think you meant envious, I wish people would learn the difference. But in order for me to be envious you would need to own a Mavic, you don't so I have nothing to be envious about. Especially as the one I ordered is all nicely wrapped up under the tree now.

Got my email confirmation from amazon at 11:44 this morning. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not but I emailed dji sales yesterday to ask what was happening with my delivery?  

probably just a coincidence but I thought I'd mention it.

nice! finally some good news i sent a long email last night and got a rubbish response this morning saying not sure when  it will be dispatched then one hour later....... arriving tomorrow weird!

mine arrived from amazon this morning ordered combo but received just the drone currently waiting for a manager to call me back

Any luck, I've been on the phone to the manager totally useless!! If I received the drone I would of just asked for a part refund but as I've only received the combo package left me really f*** off! They don't even know when they will be in stock how do companies like Amazon not know there stock levels??

I received a part refund, but it's going to cost me an extra £100 to get what I originally ordered!

Damn Well I guess that is better than nothing. Have you contacted Amazon yet to demand a refund/gift card of the value of the missing items?

I had a chat with Amazon about my order from Oct 10 and they said they have received minimal stock and are shipping them out and my order is one of them and should be shipping out on Monday.

Let's see what happens next week.

This happened to me too. Ordered combo, only got the drone from Amazon UK.

Strange that they've messed this up so many times.

They gave me a £250 partial refund.

What did Amazon say? I recall another forum member being offered £300 or thereabouts to keep the drone when the same thing happened to them.

They just said it was a balls up and there's nothing they could do besides offer a partial refund.

Amazon have a "delivered incorrect item" option to return. They should have to honour the "pre-order price" for when they can ship the right item. I have one on order, even though I got mine direct from DJI, as the original price is too good to drop and I have friends who may fight for it (at no profit to myself mind!) when it eventually arrives.

My order from Amazon UK has now been shipped. Probably will take a until next week to arrive in Finland since only standard shipping was available though :/

I hope that as they get them, first come first served rule applies... seeing that someone on here ordered on 5th October, I'm still hopeful for my Drone to arrive (hopefully with Combo) before New Year.
