I'd like to know if there's any app for a S1000+ with an A2, iOSD Mark II, dji datalink  and no lightbridge ..

Which options do I have for authomatic flight?

You either need the Lightbridge 2 or the Groundstation for that purpose.

The DJI Go App only works with Lightbridge 2

Goundstation si only available for computers or you could find it also as an app?

For your set up, you can use the 2.4 GHz Datalink w/ BTU for iPad Ground Station for autonomous flights and waypoints. It still will not give you FPV, but you can cheaply get a 5.8 GHz FPV system with a FPV monitor for that.
