I mailed DSLRPROS about the prop locks not being included with the Inspire I got delivered this morning (Wed, Feb 11th).  This is the response:


Unfortunately DJI has yet to ship these items. They have stated that they will commence with delivery soon, however, we have yet to receive a delivery conformation date. Please note that once items have been received we will immediately begin shipping to customers such as yourself. We do apologize and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Hmmm, I sure do see a lot of people who have the locks for them not to be being shipped out by DJI yet.  They also failed to mention that they were shipping with only one remote instead of the two I ordered and paid for.  The remote issue is fine as long as I get it in a timely manner, just seems like a pretty big case of failing to communicate by this seller.


Can anyone confirm if the prop locks are indeed shipping out from DJI?

I received notification that they were shipping on January 30th and received them on Feb 4th.  My I1 came directly from DJI as did these locks.

I received mine yesterday from  UAV Direct, where I had ordered my Inspire from.

What is the date on your box?

We got the prop locks on Friday and shipped them out to all customers

I've had my prop locks for  almost a week now.

I'm in Vegas, the only drone store in town has not received them yet. They said they were supposed to receive them 2-3 weeks ago. Still nada.

So don't worry, you're not alone.
Many people have gotten them, however :/
