Recieved my Amazon Drone package today! excited! well until i opened the box and found no drone only the fly combo box and minus the bag! amazon dont have any in stock and are unsure when they will be in stock who else has had this problem

Boy does that ever suck!! And it looks like they kicked the box around a bit too.

Sounds highly suspect, was it through a supplier other than DJI?

What was the price you paid for the combo and what is actually in that box? I see a very deceptive ad on amazon, listing what appears to be the combo package for $260????

How many topics do you need to open about this. This is a DJI forum not Amazon!

All you've done here is moan about Amazon delivery, what do you expect anyone here to do about it???

The shipping weight will tell everything. if they truly shipped a fly more combo with drone (or without) the shipping company and DJI will have a record of the weight

Great, I'm sure everyone is very excited about that. But like I said in one of your many other moaning topics, if you spent this amount of time talking to Amazon you would probably get somewhere.

Ha, I have a Phantom 3 Pro, the Mavic is a present for my nephew, that's why it's under the tree all wrapped up.

But I will stop being a dick now, if you promise to keep down to 1 new topic per week, and believe me this will be going on for weeks if not months.

I do understand your frustration, Amazon delivering half a package is just out of order, and I understand talking about it helps with the feelings of despair.

I believe you can find the weight of the package with the use of your tracking number. Track it, and it should give you all the information you need. It should still be available online.

Same thing happened to me, except they sent the drone and not the fly more batteries/bag etc. The customer service rep was pretty useless. They gave me a partial refund in the end.

you've never ordered or tracked anything before from Amazon? If you go to your Amazon order there should be a tracking number click on it and it will show the tracking details and give an options to go to the shippers site.  Either place should show the weight of the package

as good as Amazon is, they SUCK at delivering items that are split in two boxes.  I ordered a $2500 video light kit from them a few months ago and they could only manage to ship $300 worth of light stands.  I guarantee you someone else is out there complaining they didn't get the box with all the accessories.

Trust me I use amazon 3 or 4 times a week the delivery company they use is amazon logistics and they don't have the weight of the shipped item, I dont think its like amazon.com and plus there isnt a link to take you to an external site as its amazon delivery companyI've posted a screen shot belowScreen Shot 2016-12-12 at 07.5 ...
