Since updating to DJI Go 4 last week (and still happening under the current firmware), I can't play most video files taken with the Mavic Pro.

I record the videos, import them into an iPad Pro or iPhone 7+ with the Apple USB3 Camera Connection kit. Once imported, I try to view the newly imported files, and most will not play, and the device gives me the "Unsupported Video Format" error.

I have tried both .mov and .mp4 file types, and get the error on both.

On a couple of videos, if I let the device sit long enough it will let me play the video. I'm not sure if it's trying to upload the videos or what. But most of the video files won't play at all and I get the error.

This never happened before updating last week.

Anyone else?
