I have two TB 47s. They have 12 and 13 cycles on them. I noticed the other day that when i went into the battery health screen of the DJI app, the "Total capacity" was 4302 MaH instead of the 4500 that it's rated to have. On my other TB 47, the Total capacity says 4205 instead of the 4500 it should say. To be clear, I am referring to the total capacity section, not the battery life remaining that goes up and down as it's charged and discharged.
I read online other people saying that a fix for this was to discharge the battery down to below 5 % and then charge it fully. I did this and still it says the same. Total capacity 200 - 300 MaH lower than 4500.
I thought maybe if I updated my Inspire's firmware, it might make a difference. Updated everything to the lated, repeated the battery drain and charge and still the same result.
If I had just 1 TB47 exhibiting this problem , it might be easy to chalk it up to a faulty or damaged battery- But 2? I never noticed it before so I'm not entirely sure if it's always been under the 4500 MaH since I've owned it.
I also have a tb48, it has 26 hours on it.. It's total capacity reads the correct 5700 MaH it's rated at.
Does anyone have any helpful advice on this?
Thanks in advanced
Mike
