But until now I have not got the money back yet.  The order status showed refunded. But now the entire order is deleted. As if I had never ordered anything. That's not normal?  I'm worried about my money I have written an email regarding the re-assignment, but for 2 weeks has no answer on it. what shall I do?  thank you

I don't understand what you mean by saying your order was cancelled months ago.
Here's what they said, you cancelled items and on 11/13 you received a refund for a car charger, charging hub, and battery.
Then on 12/8 you received the refund for the Mavic.

That's the only information I have, if you need anything further you need to contact onlinesales@dji.com

You are saying that both refunds have not been credited back into your bank?
The 12/8 one may take a bit, but the 11/3 refund you should have had that long ago.

Hi there, if u paid using Paypal, check your paypal account to see if it has been credited there. With paypal, sometimes you have to manually transfer it back to your bank account (free transfer) depending on the method of payment.

yes. thank you. i joined the online chat. they will give the case to the office for check.

you're right first i cancelled the car charger and got the refund. about one week later i cancelled the complete order and got an confirmation mail. but the refund never arrived my bank.

now i have to wait 5 business days, the opperator said.

i keep waiting, Thank you very much for your effort

From what members have beeb reporting it seems that most orders are shipping up to 8 weeks.
From the Nov 3rd announcement, They hope to have all orders shipped that were received before Nov 3rd within 7-8 weeks.
So how they state it, then 8 weeks from Nov 3rd would be Jan 3rd. So they are saying any order placed before Nov 3rd, they will do their best to ship them by Jan 3rd.
