Joe - Does the 12% off DJI Care Service Plans include plans for the Mavic? I ordered the Fly More Combo and am waiting delivery now but would like to buy the DJI Care for it. Especially if I can get it on sale....please advise.

it does say "All DJI Care service plans" but when I checked the link i don't see the 12% discount... maybe we need to go to the checkout page, not too sure

The 12% discount only applies to DJI Care plans. DJI Care Refresh (Mavic, Phantom 4 Pro, Inspire 2) and Osmo Shield plans aren't included.

The discount for DJI Care hasn't shown up on the web page yet.  Are there any special links or codes available?  Also, is there any way to purchase the plan and activate it when the Mavic is delivered?

My bad...two different programs...DJI Care and DJI Care Refresh...so it will not be offered for the Mavic.....

There isn't any discount on the P4Pro, just the standard P4.

On the Xmas email the price of the p4p is $1499 which at today's exchange rate is £1178.66 why is the p4p selling at £1589 in the UK,  surly there is not £400 of import duty and taxes

I looked for P4P batteries for my P4 but I do not see any discounts.  I have never seen any discounts on batteries yet?

Another lame promotion and I still don't have my preorder from September 28th, no free gift for me waiting but you want me to spend more money to get a free scarf or 3D card? Wow. I want a free battery for this fiasco of a preorder.

Nope, I had 7 days to return it. Saw this on the 8th day.

It was raining all week, so I wasn't in a hurry to open the box when I got it, since I couldn't fly it. Wanted to be able to fly, as soon as I opened it. Turned out, I can't fly it anyway, now that the rain has stopped, because I can't get the app to work on my Samsung S4. So I  came here looking for help, and saw the sale.

Um... These are they same prices that are always listed. Real sad DJI real sad... Stupid false sales.

US prices don't include sales tax, UK prices include 20% VAT

Also the exchange rate at the time the price was set was a little more favorable to the $ so you start from £1218 add VAT and that brings you to £1462 already, not such a different price really...

Is the offer of a free battery and base open to those who purchased the OSMO Mobile from other retailers? Best Buy, for example?

I have the same exact question as the gentlemen above!!! i actually went yesterday and bough an osmo mobile from my local computer store....
What is the way to claim my free battery and base???

I third that question.  I was going to order from Cabela's...  Shipped from DJI.    Due to having some gift cards, would I receive the bonus items?  If so I will order today.

I also purchased the DJI Osmo Mobile from an approved dealer only to return home to find these special offers. Very very disssapointing.

Wait a few months and I'm sure you'll see Mavic deals available but not right now...

lol, Ok you are both kind of correct.  During Black Friday DJI lowered SOME of it's prices to the current levels.  Some items then went back up again, and are now on sale for Xmas.  Positivity ya'll its the holidays!!

Didn't drop the price of batteries..

Just posting a follow-up on this after chatting with DJI web-store customer support. Apparently, the only way to take advantage of the XMAS2016 bundles AFTER you have purchased something from one of their retail partners (for me, it was the OSMO Mobile purchased at Best Buy) is to return it for a full refund and then order another one from the online store. I have the online chat saved so that I can show it to the good folks at Best Buy to let them know why I am returning a perfectly good product. This wasn't my first choice, but $45 is $45.

What about MavicPro? have a big deal？

Yeah but the advert falsely claims a much bigger drop... says "Save $400", which suggest the P3S was $800. I bought mine for $500 about 6 months ago.
