Please forgive me if this is not the place to post this, but I just received my Pro 4 + and when I go to buy DJI Refresh/care, I get to the "submit payment" button, press it, and it crashes back to the store home page.  How can I fix this and get DJI Care?

Have you tried using a different browser? Have you also sent an email to djicare@dji.com about this issue?

Thanks for the help - their system was not working properly due to maintenance.
