So my Mavic Controller wont charge. Instead of a micro usb it is this box and i can only use it for the phone support. I need help

i hope i dont have to get another mavic again because this one took me 6 weeks to get

Are you using the longer microUSB cord that came with it and plugging it I  to the side port?

no its not a microUSB its a rectangle

in your box what did the port look like

i dont even care but i want to charge my CONTROLLER

The microUSB cord will still work in the side port, just plug it in, I promise.

That confused me at first too. It is actually a micro USB port.

YESS IT WORKED but now the charging box wont work

ive had my mavic charger on their for 20 minutes and it hasnt gone up one button

Are you taking about the multi charger? Batteries can take an hour to charge so it might just be really dead. And do you have the single charger plugged into the multi charger? or are you trying a different way?  

well also its not signaling that my remote is charging and yes im using the multi chager

wait give me like 20 min to see if the battery goes up

wow i just plugged my controller into another charger and now its charging so idk what to do with my drone battery

sorry for the inconvenience i didnt have my power bank plugged in
