They seem to be all over the place with the orders they fulfill. September and early October people are still waiting while late October people are getting their drone. Still waiting on mine ordered on 10/18.

I have emailed them 3 times with no response on my order 0011883082902.bestbuy shows if I order today I will have it on the 21st.im gonna give it 1 more week then gonna file a dispute with paypal so I can order somewhere else.

Escalate the orders to your so called dji dealers that have pre collected the money on your behalf

Yes, they said the release date is provided by DJI. It has changed 4 or 5 times now, so I basically has been given the run around.

A mate of mine ordered 3 weeks ago from DJI and he has his, me and loads of others ordered on release day and have nothing!!!. DJI are dogs. I'll never ever order off their website again.

i placed an order on amazon oct 10th and my shipping date just got moved again to feb 10th. i just placed an order on dji to see if that one would get here sooner.

I would if you offered me the same 10% discount I got to PRE-ORDER this wonderful product from Best Buy but no one is offering me this from DJI so Ill continue to wait and be disappointed in my PRE-ORDER.
