Hi All,

Can someone confirm the number of Props in Mavic Pro?
I found on the website the picture of Mavic pro with 4 sets of Props.
but when i open my set i found only 3 sets (1 sets mounted and 2 spare).
I called DJI sales support and they say that the Picture on the website is wrong.

DJI-Ken : can you comment on this?

If I remember correctly you get one spare pair. So one pair is fitted (rear/bottom), one pair has to be fitted before you can fly and one pair is spare.

So it will arrive with 3 pairs (6 blades) but you will use 2 pair (4 blade) to fly, then 1 pair (2 blades) spare.

It would seem that if DJI misrepresented the contents with that picture, they should be obligated to send out the extra set of propellers to anyone that complains about it.

Nothing was misrepresented.  You see props on that pictured factory mavic?  I don't.  8 props.  that's it.  What I got.

Problem is that DJI intended to only send out 6 (which has since been confirmed by the DJI reps). Glad you got 8, when mine arrives I hope I get 8 too

Mine arrived with 6 props.  2 were nicked, so I have NO SPARES included with a new Mavic, which is my 3rd.  What a fiasco!  At least it's only over $9 "set" of props (a real "set" would be 4) - hilarious!

Yeh kind of annoying that the fly more combo doesn't come with a spare complete set (being 4)

If that is what you got in your package then some of us are getting ripped off.

I received 6 total props (3 sets of 2)........I didn't receive 2 complete sets of 4 props (8 props)

Mine arrived with 6 set of the props, whereas "what is in the box' explicitly said: 3*2 props and one pair is attached to the drone, meaning it should contain 8 pairs. Does it mean that DJI packaging dept is stealing from its customers?

Yeah I actually got 5 pairs with my combo. 1 pr on the the Mavic, 2 pr in black sleeves and 2 pr in boxes.

I think you misunderstood: it includes 3 pairs of propellers, with one of those pairs already installed on the drone. No, I don't believe anyone at DJI is trying to rip customers off over a $9 pair of propellers.

Closer to $20.00 NZD here so it is a rip off

Exactly what I received in my Fly More package - which was sealed with the DJI seal intact.

Yes, that's a bit more than the U.S. price, but I still think it's just unclear wording and not a deliberate attempt to mislead. If there's one thing I've learned about DJI it's that precise wording isn't their strong suit, at least not when it comes to English.
