Few days ago I experienced really weird behavior. I took off, and then got a "battery error" warning and DISCONNECT. Mavic was hovering 2 meters above the grass with yellow flashing lights, unable to connect to controller or land in RTH mode. I was simply unable to land this thing. In app there was set "RTH when disconnect - NOT hover". Newest firmware 1.03, newest DJI Go 4 app, Galaxy S7 phone.

Hi LukasBlecha, I'm not familiar with healthdrones. Could you please sync your flight records from DJI GO app and provide me with your DJI account email and the data this occurred?
Is the DJI account email the same as your forum email?

she is asking for your email that you are using at DJI forum, fastest way to work is to just type your email or send private message if possible. If you worry about spam, maybe type AT instead of @?

Today I was investigating why data loss happened again. Everything was OK for 15 minutes. THEN my DJI GO 4 app (in Galaxy S7) freeze and since that time, in the log there are a lot of data loss records  (Downlink data connection lost for 1.1 seconds).

I am sure it has something to do with the freezing and crashing DJI GO 4 app. It causes RC being in some "weird mode".

So how were you able to land it in the end? Especially the second time when it was far from you? Just let the battery drain?

I was trying to get it connected, so restarted everything and after few minutes it connected again. Seems it has something to do with crashing of the app.

Today - again - after 15 minutes of OK flight - DJI GO 4 app frozen, so many "data loss" and no video. Had to land by visual only with RC. Going to test the old DJI GO app, this IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Maybe obvious, but have you tried deleting the app and its files and reinstalling?

Very interested in the result. Same happened to me today.

odd... it happen to me today too... i had a good 10-15 min flight. When the mavic got to about 50 meters away,i then got
Cannot hover automatically now. Aircraft has been switch to A-mode. fly with caution
so i immediately try to fly back with LOS but a few seconds later i got "battery error" and "signal lost"
the mavic decided to RTH from the signal lost. The scary part was that the mavic was quite close to a tree, so as soon as it reconnected, i tried to cancel the auto land but before i could, the radio lost signal again not too sure what was happening... but the "battery error" does worry me quite a bit...

Hi all,, today i had the same problem after 4 min. flight, battery error, Signal Lost. Aircraft Returning Home luckily.
Before when i had previous firmware never happend to me,,, yesterday i upgraded to the latest 1.03 ...
Maybe problem is in the new firmware, what do you think ????
(or temperatures outside dropped near by zero °C, but battery had 20°C at minimum )

DJI GO 4 app is crashing like a crazy on Galaxy S7. :-/ After 15 minutes of OK flight, it starts to lag and freeze little bit, in a minute it is totally frozen and it crash, and since this time - signal loss problems start occure. Tried with the old DJI GO app as well, an same behaviour, even more crashes. DJI, please solve this problem asap.

I don't think the S7 is supported ? Its also not a problem for dji that their drone wont fly underwater because  under water flight is not supported .... guess its really your problem ... best to sort it out ....asap.

z4k4tt4ck: Previous model S6 is supported. S7 is Android flagship and not working with Mavic?! DJI has to be kidding.

Been flying with S7 Edge + Go app 4.0 here. No issues whatsoever!!

But I captured all the logs

Today - 12 minutes of OK flight. Then, DJI GO 4 app on my Galaxy S7 became irresponsive, then frozen and crash. Connection betweet RC and aircraft was without problems. Caching of video stream turned OFF.
Anyone similar problems on S7?

btw - what i wanted you to ask..  do you have just one battery or do you have the same issues with another one as well?
so far, I had those with the same batt.  

bty - using an one plus one 3 -- no issues with the app itself sofar.
