I sent my Phantom 4 in for an exchange and the Carson City location accepted the package via UPS on Friday 12/9.  Anybody send their drone back to DJI for an exchange?  How long did it take?

I sent mine in on November 30th and got it back on December 14th. It took 3 days at the DJI repair facility in California. They received on 12/6. Sent out on 12/8. Rest of time was spent in the mail.

Thank you for that answer.  It doesn't look like the package has been checked in yet and tomorrow it will have been a week.  Shouldn't it have been checked in by now?

I am not aware of a way to contact the logistics team.

I was one of the first ones to receive mine with the first day shipment.  The P4P+ said  it could not take off, despite recalibrations, resets, firmware updates, firmware downgrades.  I'm waiting on a replacement to be sent.  It has been a month since they received my defective P4P+ and I still have not received a replacement.  I really just wish I knew how much longer or what the hold up is.
