Fear not, the whole PAL or NTSC thing is immaterial these days, as it is a term that applies to Standard Definition television signals, and none of the Phantom cameras are capable of shooting in SD anyway, they are purely High Definition. Just choose either standard according to what you want, all your playback devices will handle the files anyway.
The material you have already shot in 'PAL' is not standard dependant anyway, but you will get a mixture of frame rates. It is best to avoid that, but decent editing programs can render the results out in a single frame rate anyway.
