I put my video footage on my PC from the Phantom 4 with no problem.  Now Im trying to take the video file and put on my IPAD with no luck.  If I take footage straight from drone memory card to IPAD it downloads OK but If the video has already been put on my Windows 10 PC it is a problem putting on the Ipad.  I put the files back onto a mini SD card from PC and then have a dongle mini sd card adapter from apple.  I have also tried hooking my ipad direct to PC and using Itunes to transfer file but no good.

Try using a third-party email-file-transfer service and send it to yourself. Then access the email and download on your ipad. If you don't have the internet you might be able to use the wi-fi on the ipad. When I need to send myself drone videos for my instagram I use wetransfer.com.
