What's the best way to get the DJI Go App to record all data to the phones SD card?

Why would you want to do that? The video and photos are all at much reduced resolution and are subject to any glitches in transmission. The REAL photos and videos are on the SD card in the aircraft.

Like Geebax mentioned, you can cache your recordings by enabling the caching option in the camera settings but it will be a reduced quality. All the best footage goes onto the craft's SD card, and you would have to manually transfer over the footage from the SD card to your phone if that's what you want.
