I have a Phantom 4 Pro + (with built in screen.) The unit worked normally for about one week, but now when I power-up the controller I see the DJI logo but the screen it will not boot past that point. I have tried power-cycling the unit but that does not help.

I have the latest controller update on an SD card, is there a way to force the unit to refresh the firmware from the SD card by powering-up with a certain button combination (I hope?) Otherwise it's going to have to go back...  :-(

What about connecting it to your computer and use Assistant 2?

I tried that but Assistant 2 will not recognize it, just indicates that no device is connected.

Could you please make a short video of this issue?
Did this happen after an update?
