I have a small-issue, I made it lose signal today to test the RTH capabilities but I also noticed it says "Obstacle Sensing System is disabled on landing", But yet on DJI's website it says and I quote "It can also detect the ground to see whether there is suitable spot for landing. If any obstacles are found, or there is water on the ground, it will alert the pilot and hover at an appropriate height, helping the aircraft to land more safely."But my question is how can it do this if it says the obstacle sensing system is turned off on landing!??!

Yes, I believe you have to enable this option on the setting of the rth in the dji go 4 app. check the sensors setting.
