Are you able to upload a quick video clip.
If your batteries are close to full, they need to be powered on to take a charge.
If they are not then there may be an issue with the hub. Does the AC adapter charge your battery when plugged directly into the battery without the Hub ?

Yes my charger will charge a single battery just fine . All the batteries are very low . When I plug in the Hub I don't even get a status light . I will make a short video and upload it . I just received my package today

Mine does the same thing.   Sometimes if i leave it alone for about 10 minutes a battery will start charging.   When it finishes after a while another will start.    Batteries charge fine if only connected to the charger.

So your status light on your charging hub never lights up when you plug the power adapter into it ?  My status light on the hub doesn't come on at all

I've checked your video. One of the batteries is seems like close to full.  
Have you tried to dis-charge it and then use charging hub to charge it again?
Or as EdM mentioned, have you tried to leave it for a while?
If still no improvement, I'd suggest you to send it in.

I've tried everything nothing is working . How do I go about sending it back ? And what would be the turn around time to get another one ? I just received it yesterday and it has never worked
