I just went out and flew two batteries this afternoon. I did not notice on the first battery but on the second battery my GPS said Safe to Fly, but the problem was I did not have any green bars on the GPS indicator. I am using the latest IOS App on a mini 3 with Cellular.  Because I had the big green safe to fly GPS box at the top center of the screen I flew anyway.  The Inspire flew great both in GPS mode and in Atti mode.  But I never saw any green bars during the whole flight on the indicator.
Anyone else experience this yet.

Try to reboot the ipad.

Thanks Blade_Strike.  I will do that next time I fly if i don't show the bars green again.
