I recently purchased an Inspire 1 than was used as a display unit and was activated by the dealer.  Is it possible to rename the bird in my Go app account?

Yes, you can rename it in DJI GO app. It's in the general settings.

Please keep in mind, though, that renaming the aircraft is currently for iOS. If you have an Android, then you would need to borrow one temporarily to change it.
