So, I've had the drone for 2 weeks, I have been experimenting it as Mavic is my first Drone. Once in a while when I'm filming, it looks like there are some camera interference ( For this footage, its in the begining). I know the jello effect is probably due to the high shutter speed. I'm not sure if my mavic is a defected unit or not. Are there any external factors that can cause that kind of problems? Weather, interference or anything? I'm not sure.....I hope mine isn't a defect one.....I have waited more then 2 months to get mine....don't want to send it back....
What video settings did you have? Also what card are you using? I had something similar on my very first Video but when i switched to a higher speed card there were no problems

I'm shotting 2K 30fps, I'm using the card that was given. The SD is came with the drone. Were you using the provided SD as well?
Unfortunately I live in Western NY so I won't be getting any new footage anytime soon to verify it wasn't another issue. This was the only place this seemed to happen.
That's just regular jello - nothing to do with the towers.
Cellular comms works on frequencies nowhere near those the Quad uses and at power levels that are very low.
Your issue is due to vibration from the motors/props.

Is it normal to get Jello when filming without ND filter?
Could you please upload some original video files to dropbox and send me the link?
Besides, please follow the video tutorial to double check your gimbal and make sure you had removed all the stickers on the gimbal.

Thank you, yes I did remove all the stickers. Heres the link to the video, It has a drop frame in the beginning too. I'm using the 16gb provided SD card. Thank you
ND filter are sunglasses for your lens to reduce the incoming light.
Some people said the jello happens more often when shooting at high shutter speed, and reducing the shutter speed will help, not sure if its true or not.
It's not the filter as such, it's due to your shutter speed being too high.
But because the camera doesn't have an adjustable aperture, the only way to cut down the exposure in bright light (and keep the shutter speed down) is to use the filter.
So, lower the ISO as far as possible and use the ND on bright days to reduce jello.
This did not happen anywhere else (so far). So I am still of the opinion it is interference, not jello. I only have one weekend use so far du to weather......
What is the outside temperature.....I am hearing reports of the latest firmware or App rev causing this in colder weather. Try using the gimbal cover once and see if it goes away or not and this will tell you if it is cold weather related.
