I purchased the product Osmo plus. Had it connected with the samsung phone. Then the screen got stuck on camera mode. Uninstalled the Dji go app and re-installed it. Now the default equippment is inspire 1. The option to connect to the osmo is not there unless I scan the qr code. It is impossible to do as the code on the osmo is too small.
I am very disappointed as I m not able to use the osmo even the very first time.
Can someone help please so I can use it at our Christmas function.

Hi, what Samsung device are you using? is it on dji's compatible device list?.
