DJI Care Refresh now covers accidental water damage! From now on, if your aircraft suffers from water damage sustained during normal use and you have DJI Care Refresh, your aircraft can be replaced twice, at an additional service charge each time! Just give us a call, if we have phone service in your area, or email djicare@dji.com to request a replacement.
Prior to this announcement, if you purchased DJI Care Refresh but could not replace the aircraft due to water damage or had to pay an additional charge, call us or send a refund request to djicare@dji.com. Refund requests will be processed in around three to five days.
