Mavic Controller Fault

I just received my Mavic Pro and went to charge the battery and controller. Battery charges fine but the controller doesn't charge at all. The screen flickers on and off and the battery percentage is barely visible as it is rapidly flickering. After 40 minutes of charging, it was still stuck on 52% (the amount it came with in the box).

Has anyone else had this issue? Hoping it doesn't mean more waiting time for a new controller now.

Hello CFYNES, have you try to use another usb cable to charge the controller?
Please make a short video of this issue.

You could also try another USB charger e.g. your phone.

I tried an old Apple iPhone charger. The same issue continued. However, when I tried a new Apple iPhone charging plug, the problem was resolved. Seems like there was a voltage issue from the Mavic Pro charging USB slots even though it charges the drone batteries successfully.

Waiting for a response from DJI on how to receive a replacement charger.

You use another usb cable with the Mavic charger but still didn't work?
Only work with the new Apple iPhone charging plug, right?
