If the cell is damaged - then no amount of balancing will regain its former condition. With normal lipo's - where we have balance leads etc - we can bring a cell up to max, but put into a model and quite often that cell reverts to bad state again.

Sorry if I write here.. I have some troubles with my DJI2 v+ battery pack, it seems to be in Hibernation mode.
I have already tried a lot of times the procedure that you have posted some months ago... But nothing, the battery never wake-up!
You should know some strong procedures.. right?
