Hi,

Has anybody taken a drone to Iceland and if so, did you encounter any issues regarding flying a drone (the law) or getting through airport security?

Just back from Iceland. Never see that sign but my understanding is national park is a no drone zone. No problem bringing in the drone and manage to get some nice footage. Good news my mavic survive the whole trip and some footage taken under rain and windy condition.

Went in July and didn't see any 'no drone' signs from Reykjavik to Vik at the handful of waterfalls we went too; did see two Phantoms flying at the same time at Skógafoss waterfall. Wish I purchased a drone before we left, Iceland is amazing!
