Hi

When I connect to a samsung tablet it seems to keep on crashing real fast....please see video.



Any ideas ?

Have you tried to change another original usb cable to connect your tablet to RC?
What's your DJI GO version?

hello - yes does it with all of the cables I have tried. I am using latest DJI GO version. Also happened with DJI GO 4

Sorta had the same problem with my Tab S2 8.o

Here's a potential workaround for now

Turn off Tab craft & RC
With Tab off plug in cable
Now turn on Rc Then Craft wait for green lite on RC
Now turn on Tab open app if it didn't open automatically

All should be good now

Unfortunately have to do this every time in this order until DJI does something about it!!

If you can try one of the devices on the DJI recommended list.
