Hello i got my p4p order with 2 extra batteries from an DJI dealer online 1 of the batteries will not take a charge any ideas why? Thanks for any answers i recieve from the DJI Community

Does it light up at all when you press the button?

No it dont light up at all when button is pressed

Might be a bad battery. You could try hooking it to the charger again and try turning it on, the double press thing.

The double press the way you would turn the Phantom on. Press once then press again and hold for a few seconds.

Yeah man, the same way you turn them on, is the way to turn em off after.
Double click and hold the power button down for a couple or three seconds.

Mostly basic info which will be known, once you have RTFM, and understood those DJI concept methods. ;-)

There should be a short pop up quiz upon registration.
The first question might be, "Did you RTFM?"

Got my son the p4p for Christmas... read instructions thoroughly... battery not charging at all... no light... though remote does charge.  Have tried to troubleshoot on internet... seems we are not the only ones experiencing this problem... but none of the easy "fixes" worked.  Have a note into tech support but wondering if anyone else has reported this and gotten an answer from DJI.  Bummer when the big Christmas present is a bust.
