While connecting my DJI osmo mobile to my oneplus one. It say unlock the gimble to continue. Any idea whats the problem?

Hi, do you have another phone to try?  If the same prompt shows up,  you need to send it your unit for an exchange.  Talk with the seller, or if you bought from DJI directly, find online chat on www.dji.com/support and send it in.
