Hi,

just received my osmo mobile but when connected via usb for charging the system status indicator blinks quickly red and green.  Then I've tried to connect it to my mobile phone and the other indicator is blue but I cant control the gimbal. What does it mean? I haven't find anything on the user manual that explains this issue.

Can you post the screenshot of your firmware version in the DJI GO?

It says "unknown"

i've installed the firmware and now it works, so strange that comes out of the box without working firmware...
