Do we need to press 2 rc buttons to take a photo?

You can press the camera icon on the DJI GO APP or press the "Shutter button" on RC to take photos.

I've had two P4 pros within the past few weeks and for some reason the "half button press" focuses but it won't take the actual photo on a full press. If I do multiple presses, it will finally take a photo.
Starting to think this model has a lot of glitches that need to be worked out. Because I've never had these many issues with DJI products before.

For me, it works only pressing two buttons on the rc.

Half-press is for the focus, full-press for photo taking, also it sounds different.
Please try several times and check again whether you can take a photo by full-press the button.
Besides, may I know which tow buttons you're pressing for photo taken?

Sorry for any inconvenience caused, this is a new feature on aircraft.

The button on the top-right of the controller normally used to take the photo on the RC. The new feature allows the "half press". But while pressing all the way down, it will not take the photo, unless I do it multiple times.  But what always works is pressing the touch screen.

I did find this issue myself , but I did what the admin suggested and a full press works but its not instantaneous. You have to full press the button down for around a second before the shutter trips.
