Hello, and merry christmas!I have a p3a which works fine until I start recording video.
I have a good image transmission on all distances when flying. However, the second I start recording video, videosignal is lost. (on all distances down to zero)
Can someone please give me advice on what to do?

Are you using the original SD card? You could try to format the SD card or change another SD card to test it.
Besides, what mobile devcie you are using?

I would try another SD card formatted in the Phantom...not the computer!! I have had this problem before with my P3A. NEW SD card formatted only in the Phantom.....Zero Problems !

I'm using an iPhone6, and an iPad mini

I've had a similar problem with my P3A. I use a Chewi VX8 on Android  that has been rooted. Clear the cache on the tablet, format the SD card on the drone. Set the frame rate to 30fps. at 1080. My tablet can't handle a frame rate higher than 30. Fixed all problems for me. Hope this helps.
