When my Phantom 3 are flying and still the recorded image have very vibrations.

Can anybody tell me any support?
It is a new phantom 3, have only 2 days.

Two things to check:-

1) You only have two anti-drop plastic pins fitted ?

2)there are no packing pieces above camera still to be removed ?

Jello. The rotors need balanced or  #2's comment.

Try using the spare set of props. The jello could be from unbalanced props.

Oh,  it only started right after the firmware upgrade LOL

We saw your another thread for the sound, you've done all the methods mentioned above, right? may I know the performance now?

Your gimbal is not working properly. I have almost the same problem although my jello seem a little bit less but nothing I tried helps (balancing propellers, calibrating). I do not want to do something major in order not to loose my guarantee.  You'd better return it while its not too late. I find a lot of complains about vibrations (jello) among all versions of phantom 3 and most of them returns the phantom or just do not use the video. It seems that the quality is not as good as DJI advertise and its a matter of luck to get a drone working well.
