Hi,


I have about 12 hours on mine so far and was just wondering about how many hours DJI expects to see for normal life expectancy. I have been flying RC planes and Helis for many years an never had a brushless motor or ESC wear out so I am expecting many hundreds of hours or even thousands. Guessing others with older DJI products could chime in on what they have experienced.

I've been flying brushless for years and never had a failure. I've read that quality brushless motors can last over 2000 hrs or more. Bearings wear but they will last along time as long as nothing runs hotter than there supposed to.

Having flown for 6 years, I've learned that the chances of crashing is MUCH higher before you ever reach the products' life span

Just enjoy your Mavic Pro and when a problem with the aircraft comes along, contact DJI Support and go from there.
