Hi,

I seem to be getting low quality photos from my mavic, my phone photos are of better quality and that cant be right!?

I pulling the jpegs from sd card and theres lots of noise.

I must be doing something wrong - any tips or similar experiances from anyone else?

Shoot in manual with the ISO as low as possible.  Make sure you shoot in raw format.  The camera is pretty good but does a bad job at compression when shooting JPEG.  

Your phone camera might actually be better as smart phone cameras are really superb these days.  The Mavic camera is really built for video first.
