Is there a way to have Tap to Focus enabled with CAF turned off?

It's driving me crazy now that CAF hunts every now and then. Makes shots unusable since the latest firmware update.

There is a workaround I can see by using Tap to Focus then switch to manual focus, but you have the manual focus slider on the screen and it's very clumsy.

I don't think there is an option yet, maybe in the next update

Hi Mindy. Yes, it's enabled and working as it should.

My problem is that I need a mode for tap to focus, without CAF. Many others want this back too.

I agree Tap to focus should be great to be added. So we can have the 3 options, CAF, Tap to focus and manual

Yeah, but horrible having the MF slider up on the screen.

Having tap to focus in manual focus mode would be great option.
