Hello there. Sorry about the late response. Are you still having the same issue? and may I please know what is the model of your drone? Also please try the steps below and see if they will help:
1. Check whether the vision lens is dirty.
2. Calibrate the sensor status on the calibration page. If one image is black or gray, it indicates that the sensor is malfunctioning. Please send the drone back for repair.
3. Use the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 and update the firmware to the latest version.
4. We recommend using a monitor larger than 14 inches.
5. Set the monitor resolution to the default recommendation value for the system (Generally: 14 inch: 1366*768 or 1440*900; 17 inch: 1366*768 or 1280*720; 19 inch: 1366*768 or 1440*900; 22 inch: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080; 24 inch: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200).
6. Restart the computer and aircraft several times.
