as mentioned in amother thread. I have had a battery die and I dont understand what happened.
so given the the fact that I dont know what happened and the cost of new dji batteres. I went off in search of an alterantive.

for phantom 2, i do not see why not.... check if your battery is under warranty, if u send them the serial, they can tell u.
I do not believe this will work on phantom 3, if that is what u got. Perhaps there's someone near by, or say bestbuy, or some other place, where you can buy a battery, test it, return? Another option, take your drone to bestbuy or some other such place, where they sell them, and ask if they have a battery u could test with....

It's recommended to buy the battery from DJI store or our authorized dealers.

From a consumers perspective, it is also recommended that $130 battery, with only a few power cycles, not fail without a clear cause.
I have not seen a response from my other thread asking what the cause might be, so i might avoid this very costly, unpleasant experience from occurring again.
