It's winter so I don't fly a lot, thus have not been in a hurry to upgrade.  My P3A has been great, but I want somthing that travels with me better.   Got the money ready, going to order a Mavic.

For the past few months I've not seen them in stock.   On the DJI Store or on Amazon.

Are they that backordered?   It it better to order from DJI or Amazon?

since you are already have P3A to fly, so just sit back and wait till mavic is fully stock and all the problem is fix then you can jump on.  Since you are in state so I think from DJI is better as tax and shipping is included.

I had a Mavic but due to all the early adopter 'issues' I decided to sell and wait for a more stable production unit. The P3A is a great drone so I would wait as others have suggested
