The one I took above was fairly straight forward to produce. This is what I did.
Set camera to 4:3 instead of 16:9 so max res and less overlap.
Shot JPGs not Raw. (I see PTGUI will deal with Raw I did not need it & I think ICE only takes JPG)
Android Litchi default settings:
Rows = 4
Top Row angele +15
Photos per row = 8
Width = 360
Nadirs = 2
Capture strategy = Row by Row. <- Imporant as my IOS Litchi was set to Column by Clulumn and the stitch did not work enearly as well.
Wait time befora and after = 0
Fly drone to spot in Litchi activate Pano mode, hit Play. Let it do its things. 34 shots taken. Best with calm conditions and Sun overhead in Zenith.
Import them in to MS ICE and let it do its thing.
You end up with a single Pano JPG that has a canvas that is sized to the images at 20480x7502. You must resize it in any image editor that has abilty to resize a canvas to 2:1 aspect of 20480x10240. You add the extra 2738 pixels to the top to fill in the Zenith. If you skip this step most Pano viewers wont display it correclty. So it is important. If you want to pay the $120 for PTGUI it will do this step for you. But I just do it in Photoshop as it takes about 1 minute.
Then simply post the finished Pano to DJIs very own Skypixel and you end up with this
